We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Eligible for Return

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items are eligible for free return shipping.

Not Eligible for Return

Opened shampoos, conditioners, and other consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at support@readygroom.com with your order number
Step 2: We'll send you a prepaid return label (for defective items)
Step 3: Ship the item back in original packaging
Step 4: Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
